The University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications' Department of Advertising teamed up with Sun Sports, one of Florida's leading regional sports television networks and multi-media partner of the University Athletic Association (UAA), to create a marketing campaign for its "Breakfast with the Gators" programming block. The winning concept titled "Feed Your Growl" evolved into a multi-media marketing campaign that launched in August of 2009.
